Review
This book was a pleasant surprise. It was fun to read and the story was interesting. I found the characters likeable. I was expecting a book about vampires or something, but this one is about people who have special paranormal powers.
At first I thought this book was not the first of the series. I felt like I was missing something when the story began because the book referenced things that I was clueless about. However, it is the first of the series. It took some time to understand some of the references, but overall ,it was interesting and enjoyable.
